“ definitely feels high end and the storytelling of the sichuan culture and cuisine, food was solid probably not as authentic but good enough, recommend the 肥肠粉,甜品,and the texture of the hand pulled noodle was the best ”
“ Their fern root noodles is delicious! Very authentic Sichuan-style dishes. The appetizers are my fav! ”
“ Straight up phenomenal southwestern Chinese food. Everything we got was an absolute hit, the prices were very reasonable and service was wonderful. This is also a very vegetarian friendly restaurant with lots of tofu options that aren't just an afterthought Definitely order their dumpling appetizer, its so worth it. Also the volcano noodles sound spicy but really aren't, so don't worry! ”
“ Really great Szechuan food! I got to try lots of dishes, and all of them were tasty. Would recommend to try if you are looking to try something more authentic! ”

“ Authentic. Chinese. Street. Food!!! Here you can indulge in the flavors of food from ChenDu, which is the capital of Sichuan, in China! The spices and flavors in the dishes are so tasty. Here’s what I tried: Tempting Bon Bon Chicken Fiery Spicy Fries Delights Hot & Sour Fern Root Noodles Wholesome Wonton Chicken Soup Single Choice Hot Pot w/imitation crab meat Three Cannons ChengDu Osmanthus Cake Mango Soda Drink 芒果少女心 The Bon Bon Chicken was my favorite! It was so many flavors at once with the chili oil, soy sauce, slight sweetness and sesame oil. The Wonton chicken soup is so warm and comforting and the dumplings are made in house. I love how airy and modern the space is; there is room for big groups - which I really like. Put them on your list to visit and tell em that Bri from Planes and Plates sent you! ”
“ Had to give this place a try after someone posted about it on the Chicago food subreddit. It didn’t disappoint! Authentic cuisine that was flavorful and delicious. I had the spicy beef noodle soup which was satisfying with the cold weather. My boyfriend is vegetarian, and the menu has a lot of veggie options. He had the tofu/bean curd and the vegetable hot pot and enjoyed both dishes. The food came out quickly after ordering it via my phone. Will be back to try out more dishes! ”
“ I had a fantastic experience here. The soups here are truly excellent. My personal favorite was the tomato-beef noodle soup—it was rich, flavorful, and just comforting enough. The quality for the price is definitely a solid 10/10. Portions are generous too; I'm a big eater and could have easily shared a soup along with two extra dishes. I highly recommend ordering a soup and sharing it with someone and ordering two other dishes if you're dining with someone else. The service was exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I can't wait to visit again soon! ”
